Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked
If Ozulon isn't what you expected, email refund@ozulon.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund your entire order. Include your license key or the email address you purchased with. We aim to process refunds within 3 business days.
What "no questions asked" means
We won't quiz you on why you're asking. You don't need to prove anything. If you want your money back within 14 days, you get it back.
We do ask, optionally, for a one-sentence reason — purely so we can improve the product. Your refund does not depend on you answering.
Privacy-claim refunds
If you audit Ozulon and find that any of our privacy claims in the Privacy Policy do not match how the Software actually behaves, email refund@ozulon.com with your finding at any time — the 14-day window does not apply in that case. We will refund you immediately and investigate.
Team purchases
Team licenses are refundable under the same 14-day terms. Partial refunds for partial seat counts are available pro-rata.
What happens to your license
After a refund, your license key is deactivated. You can continue to use the free 14-day trial period if you want to try the product again later; a repurchase is treated as a new order with a new 14-day refund window.
